A few weeks ago the good folks at Photojojo me has sent to test and then played around with the device with a 16GB i-FlashDrive from PhotoFast, then it is time to review.
While there are larger capacity versions (up to 64GB), Photojojo currently only sell the more popular 8GB 30-pin connector and 30 pin 16GB Combo / Flash plug versions of the i Flash Drive. This capacity should be more than enough for most iPhoneographers.
Beautifully packaged, the i-FlashDrive is a breeze to set up. You simply drive the i-FlashDrive are universal app on your iOS device, and you will be prompted to the App Store and download / install. After installing the app, you just start to use. The i-FlashDrive app offers a simple menu that allows you to back up your contacts, view and manage the internal apps (iOS device) storage, the storage devices themselves (8/16GB external memory), or, and this is a nice story allows You can use the i-FlashDrive pair with your Dropbox account for easy moving of files and data between your iDevices and this cloud storage.

So, what I of the i-FlashDrive? Although some may think the device is a little expensive, it is small, very easy to use and perfect for backing up your photos while away from home / your computer for a long time. For me, the i-Flash Drive is the perfect device to take on trips and use to secure all your photos and videos. A few years ago I went to Egypt, and sailed on the Nile, which exclusively with my iPhone to capture the sights and sounds around me. For this trip I took my iPad and used all my photos and videos. Now I had no need for my iPad, I would not have internet access for the entire trip, and so an i-Flash Drive is the perfect companion have had.
The i-Flash Drive from Photojojo is priced at $ 99 USD for the 8GB drive and $ 149 USD for the 16GB drive.
As already mentioned, the i-Flash Drive from Photojojo in two capacities, 8GB and 16GB. Both drives via a standard USB connector on one end and Apple’s 30-pin connector on the other, with the 16GB device with the addition of a flash adapter. So if you like the idea of the i-FlashDrive and have a newer model iPhone or iPad, and the 16GB drive seems a little too expensive, then you could opt for the cheaper 8GB drive and buy a cheap flash adapter from eBay make the 8GB drive compatible.
